Tenant Fees

 

There are no tenant fees payable.

 

Irrespective of the monthly rental amount we only request a flat fee.

The property will be put on hold for viewings until you are granted a tenancy or you fail a credit referencing search.

If you are succesful the reservation fee will be added to your rent deposit and sent to My Deposits Custodial Scheme.

Should you be unsucccesful the reservation fee will be returned to you minus the cost of referencing.

 

Passport.

Driving License.

Proof of current and previous address.

 

 

We use Tenant Verify & Rent Profile.

 

Each tenant will need to fill out a Tenancy Application Form directly online.

 

The Landlord will have sight of this, you must give your authority for this process.

 

 

The landlord will make an informed decision as to the preferred tenant.

 

The successful tenant will be notified.

 

You will need to sign your tenancy agreement.

 

You will be required to pay the equivalent of five weeks rent as a deposit.

 

This will be held at My Deposits Custodial Deposit Scheme until the end of your tenancy.

 

You will be required to pay one month’s rent in advance directly to the Landlord.

Should you request that a dog or cat will be moving in with you, subject to the Landlords permission, we require proof of up-to date flea and worm vaccinations.
